Are you looking for a unique venue to celebrate the end of another incredible year with your staff, colleagues, friends, family or loved ones? At Hedgend Maze we have heaps of exciting activities available that will keep your guests  thoroughly entertained throughout the duration of your event.  Challenge your colleagues to a session of Laser Sport, or your staff to a game of mini or frisbee golf. Race your family and friends through our famous 1.2km hedge maze, looking for a hidden secret message that is created specifically for your group! We can even hire in a sticky wall, sumo suits or adult sized jumping castle for you, too! The options are endless…

Hedgend Maze offers great flexibility in regards to your catering, also. Feel free to use our free BBQ’s out in the park, bring a picnic to share, or we can cater for you too. We have a variety of different menus available to suit your group’s tastes and budget!

Park Entry

Grab the picnic blanket and pack a basket of goodies, and spend the day sprawled out on the lawn, or in our BBQ area, as you explore each of the park attractions Hedgend has to offer.

Group booking discounts are available when pre-purchasing in excess of 20 adult admissions to Hedgend.

Stables and Marquee Hire

If you would like a private, personal space for your group, we have two beautiful private areas available to suit your group size and budget. 

STABLES HIRE: $190.00 
4 hour hire, seats up to 40 people

MARQUEE HIRE: $1950.00 plus GST
Also includes use of lawn space, 10m x 15m silk marquee and rustic stables building which suits up to 200 people.

Laser Sport

Amazing Race

Just like the original TV show, your group will be separated into teams where they will navigate their way through obstacles and attractions to complete activities and puzzles. Successfully complete the task at hand and teams will be handed a card to move forward. Sounds easy, but it requires lots of quick thinking, teamwork and perseverance!

  • Face Painting: Price on enquiry
  • Fairy Floss Machine: $140.00 (All equipment and sugar included – excludes staff)
  • Gelato Bar: $3.50 pre purchase gelato for discounted price prior to your event. Enjoy a single serve of delicious ice-cream or gelato. 
  • Coffee Bar: $3.00 pre purchase coffee card for a discounted price prior to your event. Enjoy a regular coffee or tea from our cafe barista. 
  • Car Rally: Free service – we can provide you with a free copy of our car rally instructions.
  • Santa Suit: $80.00 Hire
  • Santa’s Elves Activity Tent: $320.00 
  • Children’s Entertainer: $360.00 (Maximum 25 children per host) $80.00 per host there-after. They will personally entertain the children through our attractions for two hours so parents can relax. Adults must be on property.
  • Extra Host for Santa’s Elves Tent: $80.00
  • Jumping Castle, Sticky Wall, Sumo Suits etc.:(Approx $200 plus $30 per hour supervision – Price on enquiry)
  • Photo Booth Hire: $150.00
  • Massage: $130 per hour (min 2 hours) Treat your team to a 10 or so minute massage on the grass
  • Cartoonist: $300 for 3 hours

  • White chairs (for sit down): $5.00
  • Wooden trestle tables (for sit down): $35.00
  • Bar tables (stand up event): $35.00
  • Bar Stools (stand up event): $5.00
  • Table linen: Hedgend does NOT hire linen
  • Crockery: Caterers will provide this free of charge
  • Glass-ware: Beverages from caterers already includes glasses. If you prefer to BYO you will be required to supply your own glassware.
  • Corkage: For BYO, there is a $3.00 corkage fee that is applied to everyone over 18 years.
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package: $23.00 per adult (Kids drink free).
